Chasing the soccer dream…Jordan and Parth

The two young football enthusiasts we feature this week, are Laudium Primary School learners, Jordan Naidoo and Parth Chavda. The boys enjoy English as their favourite subject at school and share a drive for the beautiful game, playing for different clubs, Young Eagles and Delfos FC, respectively. Jordan plays as left-wing, while Parth takes on the attacking role of striker for his team. The pair said that they are dedicated to soccer and are determined to improve their footballing skills through hard work and regular practice. Jordan’s father is his biggest role model, inspiring him to remain focused on achieving his goals, while Parth said his parents are his role models, encouraging him to stay disciplined and pursue his dreams. The lads share a common goal beyond football, with both saying that when they become professional football players, they want to help the poor and needy. The Laudium Sun wishes the youngsters every success as they continue to work hard towards achieving their soccer dreams. ‘With determination and dedication, you can definitely shine on the professional football stage. Good luck guys!’
