This week, ‘Sporting Stars of Tomorrow’ features Hillside Primary School footballing enthusiasts, Katiego Mabuhda and Nkosimphile Nkala. Both lads admire the skills and successes of Lionel Messi, but play in different positions, with Katiego trying to score goals for his side as striker, while Nkosimphile uses his skill as left-winger to help create scoring opportunities for his teammates. The pair dreams of one day making their mark in the professional soccer world, but understand that merely dreaming about playing professional soccer will not be enough. They know that achieving their goals will take lots of hard work and training. Away from the soccer field, the youngsters look up to their parents as their role models and also hope that sucess on the soccer field could perhaps see them driving their dream BMWs some day.
