PMT College Fun Run 2025… running for 22 years celebrating Sir Abdul Hamid… around 600 run for fun

PMT College held its 22nd Annual Fun Run celebrating ‘Sir Abdul Hamid’ this past Sunday (October 26), at the Laudium Sports Grounds, which saw around 600 runners taking part in the event.

The Fun Run saw runners of mixed ages, backgrounds and religious faiths, participating. A number of Principals and teachers from various local schools also attended in solidarity and mutual support among educational institutions.

The event featured about 30 vendors offering a wide variety of food, drinks and locally made products — turning the day into a family-friendly festival of wellness, community, and joy. Children laughed, parents connected and friends cheered one another across the finish line.

According to a PMT official, “The funds raised from this year’s Fun Run will be used exclusively to upgrade and modernize the 50-year-old college infrastructure — ensuring that future students continue to benefit from the same values of excellence and service that have shaped PMT since its inception.”
