This week, we rub shoulders with a pair of Al-Asr learners, who have ambitious footballing dreams in common. Muneeb Noor Mayere and Sulaiman Gani attend the same school, with both playing for Aztec FC. While Muneeb Noor controls the action from midfield, Sulaiman leads the attack as striker, with both lads sharing a big goal… to one day become professional soccer players. Their ambitions however, stretch beyond football. Muneeb Noor dreams of rewarding those closest to him, wanting to buy a house for his parents, while Sulaiman hopes to use his success to give back to the community and help those in need.
