Touch N Go Laser Bar operates in Johannesburg, with branches in Saxonwold and Norwood, as well as a mobile laser hair removal bar in Benoni that continues to grow from strength to strength. The brand is set to expand even further with a new branch opening in Benoni in May 2026.

The vibrant and energised Asmeena told the Laudium Sun, “Touch N Go Laser Bar is more than just a beauty salon. It represents purpose, empowerment and community upliftment. Through the Touch N Go Care Initiative Foundation, I lead various charity initiatives focused on giving back, supporting vulnerable communities and creating opportunities for those in need, particularly single mothers, pensioners and widows. Touch N Go Laser Bar was built on passion, faith and the desire to make a difference. Beauty is not only about appearance; it’s about restoring confidence, dignity and hope. Through our Care Initiative Foundation, we are committed to serving our community beyond the salon chair.”

Reflecting on receiving the award, Asmeena said with humility, “This award is bigger than me. It belongs to every person who has supported the vision, believed in the brand and stood by me on this journey. Winning the Fortyunder40 Africa award is a defining moment in my journey — a powerful reminder that vision, resilience and purpose truly matter. It represents years of hard work, sacrifice and an unwavering belief in building something that changes lives. This recognition is not just personal — it reflects the change I want to see in my community. I hope to inspire more female entrepreneurs to step forward, showcase their excellence and confidently participate in platforms such as Fortyunder40. Our stories, our leadership and our impact deserve to be seen and celebrated. My sincere gratitude to Richard Abbey Junior and the entire Fortyunder40 team for their dedication to recognising excellence. A heartfelt thank you to the Laudium Sun for the interview to showcase my journey. Your support plays a vital role in uplifting our community and I am truly grateful for the recognition.”

Asmeena added a special message to the youth: “To the young dreamers, the future belongs to those who dare to believe in themselves. Never allow doubt, fear or anyone else’s limitations to define what you can achieve. You carry within you the power to create, innovate and lead.”
