In this end-October edition of ‘Sporting Stars of Tomorrow,’ we spotlight composed midfielder, Muhammad Gooma and fearless striker, Muhammed Bhamjee. The lads play for different local clubs, Laudium FC and Delfos FC respectively, each carving out a distinct identity on and off the pitch. Muhammad Gooma admires the spirit of Manchester United, also wanting to become a famous soccer player and his dream of going from local pitches to larger stages feels less like a wish and more like a plan, with his dedication and willingness to work hard. For Muhammed Bhamjee on the other hand, Real Madrid is his north star, while off the field, he is grounded by quiet focus and faith, wanting to become a Hafiz-ul-Quraan. The Laudium Sun wishes the pair everything of the very best as, Muhammad Gooma chases his goal of becoming a famous soccer player and Muhammed Bhamjee keeps sharpening his Quranic skills.
